Strait to Sound: Gathering at the Salish Sea

From July 23 - 28, 2023, I will be in Bellingham, WA participating in the National Marine Educators Association’s annual conference. I am so looking forward to presenting our session, Bringing Ocean Literacy to Life Through Books, which I am co-presenting with fellow authors Adrienne Mason and Donna Sandstrom. I hope you can join us!

I am also really looking forward to spending some time with the fabulous illustrator of The Global Ocean, Natasha Donovan, as well as connecting with friends old and new in marine education, sharing ideas and inspirations, signing books at Village Books and Paper Dreams and paddling through bioluminescence.

It’s going to be an amazing few days of adventure and connection! I can’t wait!!!
